Запознайте се с DUMBFOUND!

Dumbfound е софийска ъндърграунд, алтернатив метъл банда създадена през 2015г. от Джулиано Димитров (китара), Любомир Лозев (барабани), Илко Тодоров (бас) и Марин Заяков (вокали).

Андрей Андров застава зад баса година по-късно, което измества стила на бандата от стоунър/гръндж корените й към ню-метъл и рапкор звучене. Не след дълго през 2017г. Dumbfound издават своя дебютен албум „Eat“, като в този момент Андрей Андров е заместен от Симеон Захариев, който записва бас партиите в албума.

Момчетата продължават да развиват стила си, като междувременно активно свирят както в столичните клубове, така и на фестивали из цялата страна, сред които са Мога Фест (2018) и Локум Фест (2019). Dumbfound стигат до истинската си същност с втория си албум „Dumbfound“, който излиза през 2021г. Неравноделен ритъм, атмосферични, изкъртени рифове и мелодични, но агресивни вокали причисляват бандата вече и към психаделичния спейс-метъл. Бандата има издадени два анимирани видео клипа, изцяло дело на китариста Джулиано Димитров съответно на песните „The Kids“ и „Liquid“.

Енергията, която показват на живо, е част от силата на групата, което ги поставя на една сцена с „Infected Rain“ и сред лайнъпа на „Hills of Rock Пловдив“ (2022). Музиката им постоянно се развива и в момента Dumbfound работят над новите попълнения в дискографията си.

Meet DUMBFOUND!

Dumbfound is an underground, alternative metal band from Sofia, formed in 2015 by Juliano Dimitrov (guitar), Lyubomir Lozev (drums), Ilko Todorov (bass) and Marin Zayakov (vocals).

Andrey Androv gets behind the bass a year after that, which repositions the band's style from their stoner/grunge roots to nu-metal and rapcore. Not long after that in 2017 Dumbfound release their debut album "Eat" while at the same time Andrey Androv is replaced by Simeon Zahariev who records the bass parts for the album.

The boys continue to develop their style, and in the meantime are playing in Sofia's clubs as well as in festivals all over the country. To mention some of them - "Moga Fest" (2018) and "Lokum Fest" (2019). Dumbfound reach their true self with their second album "Dumbfound", which is released in 2021. Uneven rhythms, atmospheric, banged-out riffs and melodic, but at the same time aggresive vocals take the band also to a psychadelic, space-metal level. The band has two released animated videos to the songs "The Kids" and "Liquid". Both of them are done entirely by the guitar player Juliano Dimitrov.

The energy that they express on live performances is part of the band's true powers which put them on one stage with "Infected Rain" or in the line-up for "Hills of Rock Plovdiv" (2022). Dumbfound's music develops constantly and they are now working towards new entries in their discography.
